I figure we should have a thead with links to good sites about growing...so if you have any post any....I'm looking right now for good sites with info that is correct and easy to follow...

well alot of questions u wonna know we'd probably know cos we've had to research growin n all that shit for our plant, saves you readin pages of shit to find out a couple of things.

Ok, my biggest question...Since I can't do a grow area at all in my room...during the summer I'm going to be forced to just put my plant in my window and hope no one sees it.....my room btw is 6x7 so no room at all......just on desk...so any help with this would be nice.......I guess my question would be...what do I do? should I give it some grow help or somting??? this wil be my first time growing...

would it be sly in the room? it needs a window for ventilation or just a fan. i suggest you get a UV lite. keep it on for 24 hrs a day until its ready for budding then do 12/12. the room it needs will depend on what strain the plant is.

well I do have a window and it'd just be sitting on my desk with the window open 24/7 since I can't fit anything else in my room...me and lil bro share that small ass room so it's packed full...but it'd be in the open....there is a small patch of woods near my place but the soil is crap so this coming spring I'm gonna work the soil a bit and see if I can get it in working condition and hope it'll grow....

well if the weather isn't nice when you start growin i.e summer u definatly need a light, even if it isn't a brilliant light, our light isn't a propper UV growin light but its good enough to keep it growin, so thats your first priority

if u get a strain of plant that doesnt grow very big, n leave it next to the window so its gettin sunlight in the day, its still worth gettin a light. ours cost us £17. we were just using natural sunlight but i could deffinetly see the differance wen we put the light on it. also, you can control the light it gets to encouridge it to bud. i strongly advise a UV light.

well the plant only grows to a height depending on the size of the pot
the further the roots stretch out, the further the leaves stretch out
i suggest u get a small pot and grow a little bush that will look similar to a bonzai tree, this way u can keep them controlled wit a small light, less space required and plus its sooo fukin cool having a small as plant about a foot high covered in buds.

unfortunatley that is not good advice man, the plant only decides whether it is male or female once it has started growing properly and it chooses this by it's conditions, being a male is the easyer option so if the roots are squashed in a small pot the plant will almost definitly be a male that is why it is always important to make sure the pot is large enough for the plant cos males are wank cos they don't produce buds so thats pretty pointless, i think the best advice is do some research and find a strain that doesnt grow very big and there are types like Bzerkist mentioned that are only a foot tall and rather than having loads of braches they are just like one big bunch of buds going up the middle, i dont know what particular types those are though

mm some of my mates have explained that they newter the plant and they r experimenting if u can change a male to a female, but otherwise i am obviously not too educated on the topic.
but nah ur right ive seen sum plants that r in a good sized pot and these were very tall healthy plants.
but these other trees r fuking kool, but ur as u cudve guessed he has 3 males and 1 female but they trying shit on the males.

ah as far as i know if u get a male only thing to do is sling it, shame really but has to be done otherwise it will fuck up the females as THC is actually a chemical used in reproducion of the plant so if a male and a female are in the same room when the females bud it uses up precious THC
